By accessing or using The LiveOps Guild services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
The LiveOps Guild provides comprehensive game operations and creative services, including but not limited to:
The service and all related materials, including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and music are owned by The LiveOps Guild or its licensors. Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all deliverables created for clients remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
When using our services, you agree to:
The LiveOps Guild will deliver services according to agreed-upon specifications and timelines. Clients will have a reasonable opportunity to review deliverables and request revisions as outlined in the service agreement. Acceptance of deliverables will be governed by the terms specified in individual service contracts.
Payment terms, including fees, invoicing schedules, and payment methods, will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees and/or result in suspension of services.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, unreleased game content, player data, and financial information.
The LiveOps Guild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any related matters. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services directly related to the claim.
Either party may terminate services as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of any fees for services rendered prior to termination. Provisions related to intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the service agreement.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
